They told me that they couldn't ship as they had promised and that they offered expedited shipping. But I had to pay the difference in shipping. Well that's a big joke. No way I will do that. Then the discussions with very incompetent people starts, very frustrating. They finally gave in and sent it expedited. Then i asked about the free tariff insurance which was the original deal! Same stupid hassle started. I knew customs would slap me with duty and would never have bought without that insurance. Anyway, Banggood refused to give me the insurance which pisses me off. It cost me 43 euro extra. Well Banggood not wise because i will spend some time to air my grievances on YouTube, all because you have some incompetent people working at CS.
